Price information

  • All prices quoted are in euros (€) and exclude local tax (currently € 2.60/day and pers.).

  • Breakfast from our rich breakfast buffet is included in the price.

Child discounts

Discounts in the parent’s room with 2 people paying the full price.

  • 0 - 3 years: €15.00 per day
  • 4 - 9 years:     - 50 %
  • 10 - 15 years: - 30 %
  • 16 - 18 years: - 20 %

Check-in and Check-out

  • On the day of your arrival, rooms will be ready from approx. 4:00 pm onwards.
  • We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 AM on the day of departure.
  • If you are going to arrive after 8 PM, please let us know.

Supplements

  • Short stay surcharge

  • Single occupancy surcharge: on request subject to availability
  • Any damage to property caused by the guest: will be settled against your liability insurance.
  • The deposit will be retained as security pending repair of the damage and the costs being reimbursed.

Additional equipment

  • We are happy to provide cots for babies on request

  • Wi-Fi password can be obtained at reception
  • Bathrobes can be borrowed at reception

Securing the reservation and settling the hotel bill

  • We kindly ask you to transfer a deposit to our account, without any charges being levied, in order to secure your reservation.

  • This can be paid in cash or by debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa).

  • Kindly refer to your reservation confirmation for the amount of the deposit.

AGB and Cancellation

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry shall apply (AGBH 2006). Withdrawal from the accommodation contract is regulated in particular as follows: The accommodation agreement can be cancelled by the contractual partner by unilateral declaration up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest without payment of a cancellation fee.

The following cancellation fees shall apply outside of this period:

  • Up to 1 month before your arrival date – 40% of the total booking price
  • Up to 1 week before your arrival date – 70% of the total booking price
  • In the last week before your arrival date – 90% of the total booking price
  • In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure the total price of your reservation will be charged.

Cancellations shall only be accepted in writing!
