Can I drive to the hotel by car?
Yes you may! There is a general ban on driving in the Serfaus local area! But arrivals and departures, as well as excursions are of course allowed.
Is there parking at the hotel?
We provide free parking spaces at the hotel or underground parking spaces. The underground parking spaces are located at the entrance to the town in the industrial park (approx. 500 m away). For loading and unloading luggage, first drive to the hotel, where you will also be given a parking card and all further information. You can take the subway from the entrance of the town (station "Parkplatz") to the station "Kirche" or "Zentrum". From there it is only a few steps to the Hotel Regina.
Stop Dorfbahn Serfaus?
If you use the Dorfbahn Serfaus, its stop is "Kirche" or "Zentrum" (located on Dorfbahnstraße). From there it is only a few meters to the hotel on foot. You can find more info under "Location & Arrival".
When can I go to my room?
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from about 4 pm. On the day of departure the rooms are to be vacated by 10:00 am.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
On the balcony and terrace yes. Otherwise we ask you not to smoke in the hotel!
Dogs at Hotel Regina
Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement.
Do you have allergies or food intolerances?
If this is the case, we ask you to inform us before your arrival so that we can take this into account and buy appropriate food in time. We also provide allergy bedding on request.
How do I pay the hotel bill?
This can be paid in cash or with EC card and credit card (Mastercard, Visa). To fix your reservation we request a deposit by bank transfer in the specified amount.
